Automatic Terminal Crimping and Housing Insertion Machine

SA-YX2C is a multi-function fully automatic multiple single wires cutting stripping and plastic housing insertion machine, which supports double ends terminals crimping and one end plastic housings insertion. Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program.The machine assembles 1 set of bowl feeder, the plastic housing can be automatically fed through the bowl feeder.

The standard model can insert max.8wires of different colors into the plastic case one by one in an orderly manner for assembly. Each wire is individually crimped and inserted into the plastic housing to better ensure that each wire is crimped and inserted into place.

With a user-friendly color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.Parameters such as stripping length and crimping position can be directly setting one display. The machine can store 100 sets of data according to different products,next time when processing products with the same parameters,directly recalling the corresponding program.There is no need to set parameters again, which can save machine adjustment time and reduce material waste.

6. The front and rear ends can be adjusted independently to facilitate equipment debugging;
7.Standard machines adopt Taiwan Airtac brand cylinder, Taiwan Hiwin brand slide rail, Taiwan TBI brand screw rod, Shenzhen Samkoon brand high-definition display screen, and Shenzhen YAKOTAC/ Leadshine and Shenzhen Best closed-loop motors, Inovance servo motor.
8.The machine comes standard with an eight-axis reel universal wire feeder and a Japanese cableway single-channel terminal pressure monitoring device. The back-pull strength matching the terminal and connector is controlled by a digital display high-precision air valve.
9.When the visual and pressure detection device detects a defect, the wire will not be inserted into the shell and is directly thrown into the defective product area. The machine continues to process the unfinished product ,and it is finally thrown into the defective product area. When a defective product such as an incorrect insertion occurs during shell insertion, the machine will continue to complete the production of the unfinished product and finally throw it into the defective product area. When the defective ratio produced by the machine is higher than the set defective ratio, the machine will alarm and shut down.
