Automatic one end crimping housing insertion and twisting tinning machine

SA-YXC100 is a multi-function fully automatic multiple single wires cutting stripping and housing insertion machine, which not only supports one ends terminal crimping plastic housings insertion, but also supports the other end wire inner strands twisting and tinning. Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program. The machine assembles 1 set of bowl feeder, the plastic housing can be automatically fed through the bowl feeder.

The standard model can insert max.8wires of different colors into the plastic case one by one in an orderly manner for assembly. Each wire is individually crimped and inserted into the plastic housing to better ensure that each wire is crimped and inserted into place.

With a user-friendly color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.The machine can store 100 sets of data according to different products,next time when processing products with the same parameters,directly recalling the corresponding program.

1. Independent high-precision wire pulling structure can realize processing of any wire length within the processing range;

7.Standard machines adopt Taiwan Airtac brand cylinder, Taiwan Hiwin brand slide rail, Taiwan TBI brand screw rod, Shenzhen Samkoon brand high-definition display screen, and Shenzhen YAKOTAC/ Leadshine and Shenzhen Best closed-loop motors and Inovance servo motor.
8.The machine comes standard with an eight-axis reel universal wire feeder and a Japanese cableway double-channel terminal pressure monitoring device. The back-pull strength matching the terminal and connector is controlled by a digital display high-precision air valve.
9.Each Pin can freely set the wire cutting length and stripping length;
10. Multifunctional and free matching, the shell penetration positions at both ends can be freely selected (depending on the product); the same product length can achieve a 5% drop.
11.When there is a need to process products of different specifications, it is quick and convenient to replace machine parts, which is suitable for switching production of small batches of products.
