Automatic Wire Two Ends Crimping and Housing Assembly Machine

SA-SY2C2 is a multi-function fully automatic double head wire cutting stripping crimping and weather pack wire seals  and wire-to-board connector housing insertion machine. Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program. This is a very comprehensive and multifunctional machine.

The standard model can automatically insert wire into the JST connector plastic housing one by one in an orderly manner for assembly. Each wire is individually crimped and inserted into the plastic housing to better ensure that each wire is crimped and inserted into place.The machine has two devices for automatically inserting wires into weather pack seals before crimping the wire.

With a user-friendly color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.The machine can store 100 sets of data according to different products,next time when processing products with the same parameters,directly recalling the corresponding program.

1. Independent high-precision wire pulling structure can realize processing of any wire length within the processing range;
2. There are total 6 workstations at the front and rear ends, any of which can be closed independently to effectively improve production efficiency;
3. The crimping machine uses a variable frequency motor with an adjustment accuracy of 0.02MM;
4. The plastic shell insertion adopts 3-axis split operation, which effectively improves the insertion efficiency; the guided insertion method effectively improves the insertion accuracy and protects the terminal functional area;
5. Flip-type defective product isolation method, 100% isolation of production defects;
6. The front and rear ends can be adjusted independently to facilitate equipment debugging;
7.Standard machines adopt Taiwan Airtac brand cylinder, Taiwan Hiwin brand slide rail, Taiwan TBI brand screw rod, Shenzhen Samkoon brand high-definition display screen, and  Shenzhen YAKOTAC/ Leadshine and Shenzhen Best closed-loop motors and Inovance servo motor.
8.The machine comes standard with an eight-axis reel universal wire feeder and a Japanese cableway double-channel terminal pressure monitoring device. The back-pull strength matching the terminal and connector is controlled by a digital display high-precision air valve.
9.Each Pin can freely set the wire cutting length and stripping length;
10. Multifunctional and free matching, the shell penetration positions at both ends can be freely selected (depending on the product); the same product length can achieve a 5% drop.
11.When there is a need to process products of different specifications, it is quick and convenient to replace machine parts, which is suitable for switching production of small batches of products.
